Our Pilates Classes

​

EQ Foundation

Our foundation Pilates class will teach you fundamental Pilates principles, like breathing, alignment, control, and beginner Pilates exercises with the correct movement patterns to establish a solid base to progress in our EQ Pilates program.

EQ Pilates Flow

This is the next step after you have completed our foundation Program. Now you have a better understanding of positioning, the correct form of basic Pilates exercises and principles, and you are ready to get into more challenging routines with a Faster pace, incorporating new apparatus (Reformer, Tower, Mat, and other auxiliary equipment like Jumpboard, Pilates Arc) and progression of the beginner exercises.

EQ Transition to Intermediate

Beginner/intermediate class, designed to introduce progressions of intermediate-level exercises. The ultimate goal is to create a solid base for the intermediate level. 

The prerequisite for this class is to have done Pilates at EQ for at least 6 months and Teacher approval.

 

EQ Intermediate

 

This class requires that you are able to execute beginner and early intermediate level Pilates exercises without assistance on all of the equipment while demonstrating the ability to keep the fundamental principles of alignment.

Prerequisite for this class is to have done EQ Transition to Intermediate for at least 6 months and Teacher approval.

 

EQ Intermediate and Advanced 

 

This is a high-level intermediate Pilates class (duets only), where intermediate and advanced exercises will be introduced through progression. You will utilize all the Pilates principles of Breathing, Centering, Concentration, Control, Flow, and Precision throughout the class.

The prerequisite for this class is to have done EQ Intermediate for at least 1 year.

Mat Pilates
 

Our Mat Pilates classes focus on strength, control, and mindful movement. Using only your body weight (and occasional small props), you’ll build core stability, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Each session blends precision and flow to help you move with greater ease, balance, and awareness—both on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels.

Our Fitness Classes

 

​TRX Suspension Training

 

Our TRX Suspension Training classes deliver a powerful, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Using the TRX suspension system, you’ll challenge your body through dynamic, high-intensity movements that engage multiple muscle groups at once. With a maximum of 6 participants per class, you’ll benefit from individualized coaching in a motivating small-group setting. Unlike Pilates, these sessions focus purely on athletic conditioning, functional strength, and performance training—ideal for those who want to sweat, push their limits, and get stronger.
